كشفت تقارير صحفية إنجليزية أن هناك تفكير من قبل نادي آرسنال في التخلص من لاعب وسط الفريق الأول لكرة القدم محمد النني، خلال شهر يناير المقبل في الانتقالات الشتوية.

وينتهي عقد محمد النني مع آرسنال مع نهاية الموسم الحالي في يونيو 2022، وبالتالي سيرحل المصري الدولي حال عدم التمديد بالمجان عن ملعب “الآمارات”، بعد مشوار استمر لمدة 6 سنوات مع الجانرز.

وبحسب شبكة “TeamTalk”، فإن نادي آرسنال وتوتنهام يتنافسان على صفقة جديدة في خط الوسط من نادي بولونيا، وهو اللاعب ماتياس سفانبرج، وإذا حصل الجانرز على تلك الصفقة سيرحل النني.

هناك اهتمام عربي تركي بضم النني، حيث تتنافس أندية جالطة سراي وبشكتاش واتحاد جدة من السعودية للظفر بخدمات لاعب المقاولون العرب السابق.

وأكد التقرير أن آرسنال يرغب في التخلص من النني في يناير من أجل الاستفادة المادية، بدلًا من الرحيل المجاني في الصيف المقبل.

Plenty of Crystal Palace fans have been giving their views on an update regarding transfer target John Lundstram.

The Eagles are thought to be leading the race ahead of Premier League rivals Burnley for the Sheffield United midfielder, according to The Mirror, cited by Yorkshire Live.

Yorkshire Live’s report was shared on social media by @CPFCtransfersHQ on Tuesday afternoon, with plenty of Palace supporters split on the update.

Lundstram, 27, is out of contract at Bramall Lane at the end of the season, meaning Palace could acquire the £7.2m-rated ace on a free transfer in the summer window. Palace are reportedly planning a summer squad overhaul and see Lundstram as part of their transfer plans.

The central midfielder has reportedly turned down multiple offers to stay with the Blades, with his latest contract snub leaving Chris Wilder ‘baffled’.

Lundstram has made 57 Premier League appearances for his current employers over the last 18 months, scoring five goals and providing five assists.

According to Football Insider, Glasgow Rangers remain ‘hopeful’ that Steven Davis will sign a new contract to keep him at the club.

What’s the word?

The Northern Irishman has entered the final remaining months of his current deal as his future at Ibrox hangs in the balance and his manager is said to be keen on tying him down to a fresh deal.

Ibrox boss Steven Gerrard revealed back at the beginning of February that he wants Davis to extend his time at the club.

Since then though, no announcement has been made, despite the fact Davis has played a pivotal role in Gerrard’s side surging up to the top of the Scottish Premiership table.

The onus, therefore, is on Gerrard to push Ross Wilson and co. to put pen to paper and extend his contract beyond the end of the season at the very least.

Get it done

Davis has scored one goal in 36 games for Rangers so far this season. But don’t let those numbers fool you so easily, as he has been a key cog in the midfield.

Despite his advancing years, the 36-year-old has continued to turn back the clock and boasts an impressive WhoScored match rating of 6.99 which sees him rank 11th out of the entire Rangers squad, just behind Ryan Jack and ahead of Ianis Hagi and Glen Kamara.

By the numbers, he ranks joint-second for interceptions per 90 in the Premiership (1.3 pg), third for tackles per game (1.7 pg), and eighth for clearances (0.9 pg), which only further illustrates his value.

He’s perhaps one of the most underrated signings of the post-Pedro Caixinha era, with Gerrard deserving immense credit for sanctioning such a move.

Davis, who reportedly earns wages worth £18,000-a-week, deserves every single penny that’s coming his way, whether that be from Ibrox or elsewhere, and Gerrard must push those above him to make sure that it’s the Scottish champions-elect who pay him such a salary.

Aos 20 anos de idade, Léo Passos disputou a Série B pelo Londrina – foram 17 partidas e cinco gols. Ele estava no Palmeiras desde 2013 e passou pelas categorias sub-15, sub-17 e sub-20. Pelos juniores do Verdão, conquistou duas vezes no Campeonato Paulista, uma Copa do Brasil e um Brasileiro.

No time profissional, ele jogou uma vez, contra a Ponte Preta, no Campeonato Paulista de 2019.

According to Forbes, Manchester United are reportedly eyeing up a potential move for Sevilla star Jules Kounde ahead of the summer transfer window.

What’s the word?

Reports back in January suggested that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side are lining up a summer bid for the 4-cap France U21 international, and given Sam Pilger’s latest report, it seems he is still firmly at the top of their shortlist.

Questions over United’s defence have arisen once again after the Red Devils conceded a late equaliser in added time to draw 3-3 against Everton at Old Trafford.

The report adds that United have been keeping tabs on Kounde as they look to add depth to the centre-back berth.

Upgrade on Victor Lindelof

Harry Maguire is the clear first-choice in the position. However, the club captain does lack a suitable partner for his spot, and Solskjaer is keen to change just that by bringing in cover and competition for a place in his starting XI.

Paul Scholes was not impressed with Victor Lindelof’s latest display after United squandered a lead twice to draw with Everton on Saturday. Lindelof started alongside Maguire in the Premier League clash as United were forced to settle for a point at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils took the lead twice but were pegged back on both occasions, with Scott McTominay thinking he had scored the winner 20 minutes from full-time only for Dominic Calvert-Lewin to dash their hopes in a six-goal thriller.

When asked if Solskjaer’s squad is strong enough to mount a successful title challenge, Scholes said: “I still have question marks against Lindelof, I always will.

“I don’t think he’s quick enough to play alongside Maguire, I don’t think he’s aggressive enough.”

Signing Kounde would be an almost immediate improvement on the Swede. The 22-year-old, who is currently valued at £45m by Transfermarkt, averages 1.4 interceptions per game in comparison to Lindelof’s 1.2, demonstrating a strong sense of positional awareness.

Unlike Lindelof, he is also strong in the air, and is prepared to bring the ball out from the back to put his team on the front foot, as evidenced by his one dribble per 90 in La Liga this season. He also made the headlines after scoring a stunning solo goal against Barcelona, which suggests that he’d offer an alternative threat in attack as well.

If Ed Woodward can bring him to Old Trafford this summer, then the youngster could prove to be a very shrewd addition for Solskjaer’s side.

In an exclusive interview with Football FanCast, former West Brom and England midfielder Carlton Palmer has backed the Midlands outfit to secure the signing of Christian Benteke before Monday’s transfer deadline.

According to The Sun’s Alan Nixon, the Baggies are closing in on a move for the Crystal Palace frontman, despite the arrival of Galatasaray striker Mbaye Diagne last week.

It’s claimed that the 30-year-old has been told his playing time at the Eagles will be limited so a temporary spell at the Hawthorns could be beneficial as it would put him in the shop window ahead of the summer window when he will be out-of-contract.

Albion boss Sam Allardyce has managed Benteke before at Palace and revealed earlier this month that he would be keen should the Belgian be available, he said to Sky Sports:

“If he is available, I’d be interested because we all know I’m looking for a front-man if at all possible.”

And when asked if a deal could happen before the 11 pm deadline on Monday, Palmer told FFC:

“Benteke’s contract is up at the end of the season. If they take him now, they might have a deal with him.

“If they had a deal, and said ‘We’ll take him until the end of the season, and we can split the wages’ then Benteke might do that. And then [West Brom] might promise Benteke ‘if you keep us up, we’ll give you a year’s contract.’

“I think there’s a deal to be done there [before deadline day].”

Benteke, who is valued at £8.1m by Transfermarkt, enjoyed a fruitful spell under Big Sam at Palace during the 2016/17 season where he scored nine goals in 22 appearances.

It led to the 66-year-old lauding the 6 foot 3 colossus a “big catalyst” towards their survival bid, and he’d surely be hoping that history can repeat itself should the former Villa man swap south London for the Midlands before tomorrow night.

Albion only have one domestic loan space left to fill, and given they are among the lowest scorers in the division, Benteke could be a welcome addition to their cause.
